[Resolved] Micromax Informatics — Frequent software update | |||||
I have purchased micromax, Model Bolt D320 on 9th, June 2015 from one of the store of Ranchi, Jharkhand.But after one year of purchase, software problem has arise.I did software updation on 1st August 2016 and again i have to update software from the same service centre on 29th September 2016.Every service centres of other companies are providing 3 months of warranty except this service centre of micromax, Lalpur Branch, Ranchi. Every time the company is charging money from the clients.If the customer comes after 1 day of repairing to the sevice centre, then also the service centre is charging.
