Dear sir This is a gentle reminder in continuation of my complaint dated 16/5/2016 (Copy enclosed). I wish to remind your goodself that i am having problem with touch and slot of memory card in the micromax canvas purchased on 31/12/2015 (Copy enclosed) from your esteemed company. I visited your service centre in patiala but they are not ready to repair it in warranty. They are asking me to pay rs 600/- only for slot repair. There behaviour is also not up to the mark. I once again request your goodself to look into the matter on uregent basis and do the needful.
