[Resolved] Micromax Mobile — Defective product - no replacement/repair | |||
Dear sir, my self mr. pramod bhise working in mahindra and mahindra as a manager spare-parts procurement and analysis for high end personnel segment. I had been purchase one branded mobile of micromax canvas doodle 3 a 102, (white 1 gb ram) on 5th nov 2014, from green mobiles inv. no. ka-blrs[protected] dt. 5th nov. 2014. within a one and half year mobile was stop working and following massages are displayed on it for example, google stop working, hangouts stop working whatsup stop working, then i went to nearest micromax service center which is located in aundh (mh-pune), he said we checked it but unable to solve the problem because there is something issue with the mother board, in next week, again i went to service centre, i had submitted my mobile for recheck and within two hrs, he replied, you need to change the mother board and have to bare the cost. my question is if it is problem in mother board it has to comes in recall part and it has to replace from all mobiles. mahindra also did the same, Due to supply faulty mother boards by the vendor its hamper to customer a lot, and how come the mother boards are stop working within a couple of year.
