[Resolved]  Micromax Mobiles — Model q450 shows "no service"

Sir, i am parmjit singh from jalandhar, punjab. About 3 months ago, i suggested my brother to buy a micromax mobile q450 for his wife. He did so and it worked fine for two months. After that it started freezing sometimes on lock screen and the front red light turned on continously without any reason. The worst part was still ahead. About 15 days ago, it started showing "emergency calls" or "no service" on the same sim which she has
Been using since the mobile was purchased. On any other phone the same sim showing 80% to 100% signals in my area but this mobile shows "no service". I visited the local service centre. The employee updated the software and i was assured that the problem will be sort out. But when i came back to my area, i saw the same problem still exist. I called customer care from mobile number[protected]My temporary number) and explained my problem that the all other mobiles showing 80% to 100% signal on the same place but this phone showing "no service" with same sim at same time. The executive heard my problem and suggested me to visit the local service centre again and after that i may call the customer care again and let them talk to the employee at the service centre. So, i visited again and called the customer care and again explained my problem. The executive said that i have to select 4g network. I cant select the 2g network. But i want to ask the executive that how this phone has been working fine on 2g mode only for 1 and a half month. He said that network fluctuates and so so on. The call hang up in between. So i give the mobile to one of the employe at service centre as it was still showing "no service" in the urban area where signal strength remains 100%. He started using different network modes and said that "a 4g sim can't cathes the 2g signals!!!". It was one of the worst solution to my problem. It means if you have a 4g sim but no 4g coverage then you won't get signals. I want to tell micromax company that india is not as developed as every village could get 4g signals everywhere. It is hard to get 3g signals in many rural areas yet and if all other smartphones catches 2g signals when selected with 4g sim then why micromax can't do so. Somehow he managed 2g network after selecting 4g/3g/2g mode but i knew that it won't work again. Certainly, they didn't want to resolve the problem. I request to micromax to visit my home where i could show them the difference between their mobile and other mobile's signal strength at same place. I don't want to waste my time by going further at any department for my issue. I have attached an image of two mobile phones with same sim operator at one place where in the left hand is micromax q450 has "no service" tag and the on the right hand an old nokia mobile with full network. I request to call soon as we have spent around 10k on a mobile with whcih we can't call or use internet on it. Here is the detail of my contact number and brand:

Local service centre "finally" found faulty motherboard in the phone and I submitted it on 8th August for repair as they promised to provide me within 20 days but today, after 29 days, I didn't get my phone yet. I called CC around 10 days ago and I was told that I'll receive it within 21 days. Its hard to spend even one day without your smartphone and we don't have as much money as we could spend more 7-10k for another phone during the service period. But Micromax doesn't care about this. I think everyone in the micromax company doesn't care about its customers even they work in any Local service centre or CC executive or the Engineers. In the future, I never ever want to see or suggest any product of Micromax to anyone.
I submitted this mobile on 8.8.16 and received it yesterday that means after "37 days". Before the submission of mobile I was being fooled by the local service centre because they gave it back to me twice after giving some silly answers and temporary adjustments in the mobile. I think micromax company could win the prize for the world's most backward service.
