[Resolved]  Micromax — phone not repaired after 27 days passed

I have submitted my Micromax Phone at your service centre name M/s B.R.Service, E-84 (GF) Krishna Market, Lajpat Nagar-I, New Delhi-110024 for repairing on dated 22.08.2014. for that they have given 15 days time for repairing the phone. But after 27 days passed it’s not repaired. Moreover, I have called them many times but their replies your mobile is not repaired due to shortage of part. Moreover, they have not given me any substitute phone. I am very frustrated about this kind of service. You are kindly requested to shortout my problem as early as possible.
