[Resolved]  Micromax — poor customer care service .my phone hasnt been returned after 2 months

i submitted my phone ( micromax A089) in the micromax service centre E-84, krishna market for some charging problem and to change the screen as it was broken on 28 october 2013.Its been more than 2 months .Each time i go to the service centre, i am told that it will take 5-10 days more . Its been so long .Each time i go, i see 15-20 angry people shouting at the micromax service centre staff .But i know its not their fault .The company does not provide them with parts ..! I am so disgusted with the service that i am never going to buy any micromax product ever again and will recommend the same to anyone who will listen .My phone was 4 months old when i gave it for repair .
