Midwayshop.com — Complaint of online purchase site (Midwayshop.com)

On 19th Feb.2015 I got a call from Midwayshop.com from no. mentioned on their website ([protected]). One of their representative (Mr. Vibhor) asked me to purchase one item of worth Rs.6999/- (Android Combo pack) he said if I will purchase that I will get Samsung Galaxy Note-2 as a free gift so I made transaction as per his instructions through my HDFC bank credit card, while making transaction the same item was added to the cart by mistake but he asked me to make transaction as the amount for second transaction can be reversed later, but after the payment is made their is no communication from their side. I tried to contact the site (Midwayshop.com) on their contact no. which don't work and that's the only contact no. of that site as far as I know. I also send mail to their mail id's. I have their two mail id's which are [protected]@midwayshop.com and [protected]@midwayshop but I didn't got any reply from them. I only received two auto response mail. I am here with sending you snap shots of mails which I have received from them (Midwayshop.com). Also while contacting them, it has happened just once that somehow the call went on that no. and also one lady picked up that call when I asked her that I want to talk with Mr. Vibhor (He is the person who asked me to make that transaction) she said he is not in office and she will ask him to call me back. Later I also received a call from him and he said I will get a call from Midwayshop.com to confirm the amount and the double amount which I have paid ON HIS INSTRUCTIONS one amount can be reversed that time. I also received call from Midwayshop to confirm the transaction and that time I told them to return half amount as that payment was made because the same item was added in cart by mistake and also their company's representative (Mr. Vibhor) asked me to make transaction as that amount can be reversed later and they also agreed on that. They said that I will get a call from their accounts department who will take final confirmation from me and take a call to reverse the amount and then they will process my order and that time I will get mail from them of the items they are going to dispatch to me (which will include free gift). This conversation happened on 21st Feb. 2015 but no one called on my no. till today and when I call to HDFC I came to know the amount is already deducted. I also reported complaint about this transaction to HDFC Bank.
