Ming Garden — Selling Bottled Cold drinks 20 Rs higher than M.R.P

Me & my friends went to a renowned restaurant Known as Ming Garden, situated in Bhelupura, Varanasi .We ordered for 2 7-up & 5 Pepsi glass bottled cold drinks on which the M.R.P was 15Rs but they but they charged 35Rs per bottle + tax. Please refer to the attachment. And please HELP us.
