Hi I have placed an order on 21-Jul-2014 and my order no is :- #028487.Till now the order is not delivered. I have been trying to reach the customer care but everytime I get hunged up at the IVR only. Its been a routine for me I have been trying to reach them. They don't respond to any maile either. Basically it seems it depends on your luck if it get deivers on time or you get a respond from them. I don't know how to follow up with them...
