I placed Order: #047856 on 2nd Dec'14, and paid online payment of Rs. 2590 for the same. Its been 10 days and there is no status of the order. The customer care number doesn't work. I ordered 2 leather jackets on 22.11.2014 for which I initially got a conformation from EBS, also from my bank that the transaction was successful, but soon after I got the mail from EBS stating that my transaction was incomplete.
