After fileing consumer complaint they refunded my previous order money as store credit.I have to order again to redeem that store credit and no other option for me.After ordering it went into the same stage as pending with custom clearance.This time I need my money back instead of refunding as store credit.Really really disappointed with Miracas.If they are again refund as store credit I should keep on complain about this all the time.If...

My order is partially shipped the company is making fool of customers. People should not order product from this company. My order is partially shipped n its been more than 2 months. They people dont bother to reply emails and messages. There phone number is also wrong. The should be sent to jail straightway. I am to chase the company. I need my product or money back....

I have an order of rs. 5511 on 16th of march 2018 through order no.163295, one blazer, one skirt dress and one winter dress but still the product is not delivered. I ordered my products on sept 20th, 2017. And. I was waiting for the same ultimately got a reply from miracas after 2months that the order has been cancelled as they cudnt deliver and the amount worth 3k was credited in the form of reward points in my account. Hence i tried my luck using those points again and ordered back. I got a reply again after 2months saying the order has been cancelled as they couldn't deliver.br...

I have placed an order (154072) on jan 7th 2018 for which i haven't received any intimation from them till date. The order is a leather jacket for which i have paid rs 1940.

I have tried contacting their helpline number and their mail id as well still haven't received any responce from them.
