[Resolved] Mirraw Online Services — Non payment of refund amount for returned items | |
I had placed an order (Order Number: M[protected] for 3 kameez-salwars/suits from mirraw.com and made payment through net banking. When i recieved the items, i did'nt find them of good quality and placed a return request for two of the three ordered items. I have sent them to the provided address by INdIA POST COURIER SERVICE (TRACKING NUMBER : EE[protected]IN, EE[protected]IN). even when the items have been delivered to the respective addresses as can be tracked from the courier tracking number, the company has not refunded any of the amount to my account. They dont even care to respond to my e.mails/calls. This is highly dissapointing. Kindly let me know where could i lodge a complain against mirraw.com. Was this information helpful? | |
