[Resolved] Mirraw Online Services — Order not delivered | |||||
I ordered a product on 4th october with order id M[protected] which was supposed to be delivered by today.I havent recieved any delivery yet. I was given the DTDC courier details with tracking number A33586283. I tried tracking but it says order not found. I registered a complaint on 10th october regarding the order status and was given a ticket id 653093 and was told to be contacted by any of their representative by 48 hours and i dint recieved any. I tried calling them but evrytime they say customer executives are busy and cut the line. I want to register a compliant regarding mirraw for taking selling products which they dont deliver and forging the customers. Was this information helpful? | |||||
