Mobikwik — Amount deducted but recharge is failed, no refund | |
Sir, I recharged my dishtv account with 1000 rs on 3rd Feb with mobikwik. It was failed but amount was deducted at the same time. I tried to contact mobikwik but there is no transaction history of the same amount's deduction in the app and its not possible to contact with the team without trnsaction history. please refund the amount.
