Mobikwik — Amount Paid but didn't receive my order | |||
I placed two orders on Purplle.com on 12th Dec, 2014 and i paid through mobikwik wallet. I have received one order but for the another one Purplle was telling that they haven't received payment from mobikwik. If i ask mobikwik they were telling that they have made the payment to that merchant. I have sent many mails to both of them, but no response from them. Both are playing with me and still this issue not resolved. Below are the tickets raised on mobikwik site. can you assist me how would you contact mobikwik... as i have lost 2500 for unsuccessful recharge through this bloody site...i do not have customer care number either email id to raise the complaint...am not able to raise a ticket also
