Mobikwik — Balance not updated in my wallet

Sir,
I recharged my vodafone mobile mobikwik wallet by Rs 220 from my credit card( Transaction Id [protected]). In transaction history it is showing that amount is Added, but In my Wallet still showing 0 balance. The recharge was failed The balance got deducted from my account but my mobikwik wallet
didn't get updated. Even the transaction is displayed in the history of
mobikwik account, but my wallet isn't updated. I have already filed
complaint about 3-4 times by creating ticket
available in the mobikwik account, but all my requests went in vain
until now.

This is my another trasantion (Transaction Id je-live1608700) and I should get Rs. 73 as per you'r offer and same is not showing even in your trasation history also. So total Rs 293 should be in my Wallet
I sincerely request you to please have a look at this issue and resolve
it asap as i am facing further difficulties in recharging my mobile
through wallet. Waiting for a speedy response.
