Dear Admin I did recharge of 100 with Transaction Id[protected] but I cannot get cash back and also for transfer of Rs.50 with Transaction Id[protected]. But mobikwik team sent message your money incremented manually but i posted complaint on Feb 2015 issue happened on jan 2015 still today they increment my cash back. i recieved all the cashback by evening that day.
but on next day a message came that it was system fault and your cashback will be taken back and they removed money from my wallet without my consent.
pls help...i do have the invoice of cashback also
