[Resolved] Mobikwik — Not giving Refund of Payment Made for MTNL | |||
Sir, I made a payment for my landline phone 25270900 for 2 times Amount 923 24/08/14 20:07:18 hours Bill Paid for [protected]( MTNL Delhi ) via android Transaction Id [protected] 23/08/2014 06:29:40 hours Bill Paid for [protected]( MTNL Delhi ) via android Transaction Id[protected] But payment not received by MTNL till date. I raised a complaint with mobiwik regarding this and I got a call back from them and said that they will refund the money in my Debit card and they started asking card details such as card number, cvv number, card expiry date .But I refused to tell them these details. I told them to transfer my refund to my saving bank A/C no or to the mobiwik wallet as the usual process is that the money is transferred to mobiwik wallet . They talked in such a bad manner and told the refund will not be initiated until I gave them my card details. I got that call from [protected] on 27/8/14 at 7:57 AM. My telephone connection has already got disconnected due to non payment of the Landline Bill. Was this information helpful? | |||
