Mobikwik — Payment deduct from my credit card

Dear sir I was using mobiwik sight for making my landline Mtnl bill payment of rupees 1070 but transaction was unsuccessful but mobiwik deduct 1070rupees from my Kotak bank credit card I am already informed about this issue but representative of mobiwik said payment reverse in 10 days today is last day of June month my payment is not reverse in my card kindly consider this issue Thanks Arun sharma [protected]
