Mobikwik — Recharge amount | |||||
I recharged to my mobile number through mobikwik website from my account.After i click pay submit button confirmation there one message displayed your request will proceed. Already 16 hours over but till i did not get any recharge amount from this mobikwik website. I saw recharge history also from my account there deducting amount and my mobile number.But till i did not get my recharge amount. This is not first time before one month back it occured . please refund my rechage amount. Was this information helpful? | |||||

Thanks for sharing your concern on this portal. This will inform us better which recharge apps to use and which to avoid. Did you share your grievance with their customer care executives? It’s best if you call Mobikwik customer care and ask them to resolve your issue. If they don’t respond, then post your complain on their social media pages, Twitter, Facebook, etc, this is the best way to draw their attention.
Anyway, I came across this new app called Bill Bachao that I installed a couple of weeks ago. This app has many smart feature. In one of the features the app shows us all the available plans of each operator, we can select the one we like best and save it for later use. It also tracks our internet usage, calls and messages. Based on the usage summary, the app will suggest us three best plans that are more suitable for us than other plans. It will also show us how much we save on each plan. Besides this, the summary it sends of our internet usage, calls and messages and app wise data consumed helps us reflect on our bill and analyze in which area we can curtail our usage. But in Mobikwik they disabled without reason
