Mobikwik — Request for return of unsuccessful mobile recharge amount of Rs 750/- | |||
I recharged Rs 375/- to BSNL mobile number [protected] twice through transaction ID [protected] and [protected] on 28 Jan 2015 at 1515 hrs and 1625 hrs respectively. But the both recharge was unsuccessful and Rs 750/- has been debited from my wallet. Please take necessary action to refund the amount to me. Also intimate in my email ID [protected]@gmail.com.
