Mobikwik — Vodafone recharge failed but not reversed to MobiKwik wallet | |||||
Vodafone recharge to my number [protected] failed on 31st jan 2017, but not reversed to MobiKwik wallet, amount was 389/-. Need refund immediately. i. Raised a ticket on MobiKwik website Since their app does not have a complaint logging system shockingly... I raised the complaint but till date no response, no response on Helpdesk numbers also.
