[Resolved] Mobikwik — Wallet blocked | |||
SIR, i have an account in your mobikwik and time to time i am using this good service.but for few days i am not able to login in my account and it is showing wallet blocked. last recharge was done on the number [protected] with 109 rupees with trans. id [protected]. i have made two complains with ticket no. 551080 on 30 march 2014 and ticket no. 553800 on 31 march 2014.I am attaching my photo id with this mail in attachment. please do this needful so that i can enjoy this good service forever..thank you. Sir, i have talked to you and got that i have to send my PAN CARD scan copy and DRIVING LICENSE. so i am attaching this both. please do the needful Was this information helpful? | |||

My account with amount in wallet was blocked with out any reason. I had created more than 10 support tickets. I had send almost 10 emails to support and wallet etc... Why these guys are cheating like this?

amount deducted from the wallet but still my no. does not got recharged.
Sir, Rs120 has been deducted through the transaction id-[protected] & [protected] from my wallet But My vodafone Number doesnot got ReCharged . Please Recharge my number Or else refund into the wallet.12%
