[Resolved]  Nokia Lumia 720 — Idea free internet pack not activated

I purchased a new Lumia 720 on[protected] which had offer of 2gb 3G data per month for two month on idea sim.. I purchased a new idea sim which was activated still after one week the 2gb 3G plan has not been activated. I have called customer care and also been to idea care but still no solution. My idea no is [protected].
If the companies cant provide what they advertise then they should not advertise in the first place. Anyway its a great idea of idea to fool customers to purchase their SIM to avail lucrative offers which arent there.

Nokia — one second plan not active

my cell no [protected] i want to active one second plan this is not active i go to your gallary at vodaphone store bhyculla vodaphone essar ltd from here told me that one day we start it but this plan is not active till i give there a letter this is forwerd you or not please check it

Hi. I have bought a Nokia Lumia 720 Black on 19th April' 13. As per the promo offer i was suppose to get Idea 2GB of 3G data per month for 2 months. It's been more than a 3 days inserted an Idea sim in it. Still dint get any auto activation message. After calling to Idea and Nokia customer care they are just saying it will take 48-72 hrs to get it activated. Still waiting for it.

Don't know more how many days do i need to wait. Please, solve this query soon.

The Idea customer care were quick to post about the reference no of the complaint which said it would be solved by 02/05/2013 but till now its just under process. I call customer care but they say its still under process. Now I have removed the idea SIM after about twenty days and inserted airtel SIM now god knows what excused idea will give like you have removed your SIM etc etc. WHAT AN IDEA SIR JI!

I have Lumia 720. At the time of purchase, Nokia priority executive told me that I will get 2 GB internet for 3 months. Now my problem is that whenever I check my balance it shall show how much data usage is remaining, but it tells me that your plan will expire on so & so date (this date is not a date after three months, it is exactly the 30th day after plan activation i.e. for one month). I don't understand, if this plan is for three months, then why it shows message like that?. Now my plan is ending today, but I am not sure whether for next month I will get my plan or again I have to come to complaint board for help or I don't understand what to do. I don't know why these companies behave like this? If they are committing any promo offer for particular period, then why to mention that plan will expire each month instead of complete tenure i.e. three months?

I am using lumia 720. My pack is finished on 22nd Aug. Currently i am in roaming. I don't know how to get next month pack while in roaming. When i am in roaming can i get use this pack without balance deduction? For your information, on last day i.e. on 22nd Aug itself, I have lost Rs. 7; but actually I had spared internet usage.
