RESPECTED SIR/ MADAM, WITH A HUMBLE REQUEST I WANT TO INFORM YOU THAT I HAVE PURCHASED A SAMSUNG MOBILE MODEL NUMBER "GT -I9070" (SAMSUNG GALAXY S ADVANCE). THE PURCHASING DATE OF MY MOBILE IS 11 -DECEMBER 2012. AFTER TWO WEEKS OF MY PURCHASING DATE THE PROBLEMS ARISES IN THE DIFFERENT FROM LIKE.. 1- HANGING OF THE MOBILE FOR A LONG TIME. 2- BLACK COLOR SCREEN IN A POWER ON CONDITION APPEAR AS A DEAD CONDITION FOR 4-5 MINUTES. 3- AUTOMATIC SWITCH ON/ OFF 4- AUTOMATIC OPENING AND CLOSING OF APPLICATION 5- DISABLE OF POWER KEYS AND SOFT- KEYS. I TALK TO THE TECHNICAL SUPPORT ENGINEER AS WELL AS I VISITED THE SERVICE CENTER TWO TIMES REGARDING THE SAME PROBLEMS. THEY TESTED THE HANDSET AND RETURNED ME ON THE SAME DAY, BUT STILL THE SAME PROBLEM IS OCCURRING. I WILL REQUEST YOU TO KINDLY TAKE MY GRIEVANCE IN YOUR CONSIDRATION AND RESOLVE MY PROBLEM AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.
