[Resolved] Samsung / Galaxy S Advance — Network Problem and Dust inside Camera with Black spots | |||
Hi All, i am prasad, i have purchased galaxy S advance I9070 mobile phone 2 months back...for the first 2 days it was not showing network...then by giving it to customer care...they have updated the software and i come to find the network signals on my phone...but the signals are very weak...always it is showing 2 or 3 towers....that too when i put GPS ON it is giving wrong directions and the status of roads are not updated as we pass on thru roads....also i found dust inside camera... so i have registerd a complaint...and after repeated complaints my phone was replaced 2 days back.... agin i have set up all the things....and again found the same problem of network and dust inside camera.... The Charm of getting new phone is completely lost and i feel really cheated and disappointed by this product now i am thinking that spending 22000 rs. on samsung smartphone has just gone waste. Pls help to give me a refund for my phone.... i am attaching a pic of network problem (on same network)...samsung persons kindly check and give me solution to the problem.....
