[Resolved] Samsung India Electronics Pvt Ltd — Defective Mobile Handset | |||||
1. Samsung Handset was purchased on 25th March,2013. 2. Due to Poor Voice Quality complaint was lodged after 7 days of purchase of set. 3. Set was repaired 3 times & 2 Hardware were replaced. 4. During first complaint Samsung Representative committed replacement of set if it required any part to be replaced. 5. on 5th July,2013 , they denied to resolve the problem. 6. It was high harassment , i have face to have conversation with Samsung people more than 100 times (every time representative was changed). Was this information helpful? | |||||
