Samsung India Electronics Pvt Ltd — Poor service - complaint not fixed | |||
I brought a samsung galaxy y pro(GT-B5512) on 26/09/2012 from 'UniverCell', Alappuzha. The power button of my phone was damaged on 11/05/2013. I approached samsung authorised service centre at alleppey after two weeks. They registered my complaint and told me that the spare switch is not available and will inform me when they receive the spare. I waited for around 35 days and i contacted the service centre regularly the mean time.I didn't get my phone fixed and I approached another service centre and showed my phone. The reply i got from the service centre was that they don't get spare for switches and also advised me to get the work done in some other local service centres. I am totally disappointed with the service backup of samsung and now I had given my phone to a local service shop as I badly needed my phone back in working condition.
