[Resolved] Samsung / Samsung Phone Wave 2 — My phone still in warranty but MAA Vaishnavi service center on vikas marg refused to solve my problem | |||
To Manager Samsung Mobile Division India, Dear Sir, I am Prashant Sharma resident of delhi. I have most of the product at home are from samsung including phones, refrigerator, washing machine, tv's , printer etc. my concern is that i am having samsung ph ( S-8530), IMEI : 358888/04/105095/2 . I went to service center today as i am facing hanging and slow processing problem on my phone. I believe it must be because of software up gradation from previous version to new version as suggest by samsung India. In service station I was told that there is liquid damage on phone battery and there was no other part is damaged because of the liquid hence it shows battery discharges itself. further they told me that samsung dont replace battery on warranty period. this is a universal fact that sometime battery discharges itself after some duration. so i want you to solve my this problem promptly as my warranty period is going to expire on 28th oct 2012. waiting for you immediate action on this otherwise I will loose faith from samsung. regards prashant sharma ph no:[protected] email:[protected]@gmail.com Was this information helpful? | |||
