Samsung Tab P3100 — replacement | |||
hello, with ref to above i had purchased galaxy tab 3100 on 1st Dec2012, in which that they havee provided me with handset that havee been used for demonstration purpose. i had contacted both the distributor of palakkad kerala where i had purchased the stuff. plus contacted the company . since then firstly the distributor of samsung mobile assured me that they ill return new product soon. but they dragged for nearly an month. after that i had reported it to the samsung India. ever since Jan2013, they havee been replying " the issue is under process & sales team ill contact u soon. even yesterday 24/5/13, also have contacted , the reply is just the repeatation.
