Bharti Airtel — Number deactivated, with no reason provided by Airtel Kerala

I would like Airtel Kerala to restore my deactivated line. I have had this sim on the Airtel number [protected] for a long time, registered under my name by submitting all required documentation. As I fancied that number, I bought it on a premium from the retailer and now I cannot use it, I was made to understand upon purchasing it is a Lifetime SIM or Lifetime activated or the likes. I can load up the phone as required, provided the services are restored at the earliest. This has been my preferred way of communicating with my family back in Kerala from here in the UAE. Please rectify, reactivate, restore my Airtel mobile services and advice me at the earliest. Thank you,
