[Resolved]  Reliance Communications — no network

even after my several complaints in ur customer care department regarding no network in my premise no action is taken yet but only promises that the problem would be resolved soon so i request to plz look into the matter and give your customer a plesing experience to use ur services

and i face problem only in ground floor

we are not getting reliance gsm network at night hrs. in the morning also.
our area is sonar-ali dahiwali Tal-karjat Dist-raigad. we r facing lots of problem last 2 months.

i am bonish jain from mumbai i am using reliance gsm sim card my number [protected]
on this number i dnt get network
i expected that i would get good network becz of reliance
but the network is worst than any other service provider
i even complaint in the customer care
it is also not worth as there is no action on the complaint
i am really fed up of all this complaints
you improve my net work in the next 48hours or else i would jst throw off your reliance gsm sim card
to be frank it is not worht running in mumbai sry to tsay al this
lets c how much time does it take you to resolve this problem

Every time no network in Reliance gsm. Mostly at the places like yamuna vihar, seelampur, shahdara, this side of delhi there is no network everytime.
Every time No network all over delhi. No network...........

I am from Ghutgoria, Ps -Barjora ,Dist-Bankura,WestBengal. Few days Ago i launched a complain in customar care (no[protected]saiyng that we have no network in the above mention area but Reliance Gsm has a toewr in Barjora which is 2.5km Away from our villege,on 1st january'10 and in 3rd january they send me a sms that your service request has been solved but actually the problem is not solved. then i again launched a complain on the same subject(no[protected]on 08janury'10. Reliance Gsm Cheat us.Please i request the higher authority to take the necessary step against Reliance Gsm so they they stop to cheat the customer.

Previously we were having your unlimited time internet plan and for that were paying arround Rs. 700/per month. As we have very limited utility of net facility, so, we opted for a limited time plan of Rs. 300/per month. It is ridiculious to know that this time you have claimed a bill of Rs.1205.78 while not only that we scaresly used the facility and also your network signals are so weak that it becomes impossible to work with.

Do hope and trust that you will immidiately rectify the charges. So that we could be able to continue your services.

I am having corporate connection from Reliance Communication and Mobile No. is [protected]. For last 2 weeks we are not getting range at all at Runwal Nagar, Nr. Vikas Complex, Thane(W). Also person calling gets message as mobile is switch off which is creating lots of confusion.

The customer service dept given contact no for corporate compalints 30336363 which we do not access.

No netwark also given message as Mobile is switch off which created confussion.

Case like this needs to be taken up on priority, .

When i try to call customer care always route busy

I launched a complain on network related subject on network problem
but the problem is not totally solved

they didn't take any action on this subject plz do something

Our nearest tower is located 2.0 km away from our village and from night 11-3 pm always route busy and call is disconnected after 2minutes
