[Resolved]  Tata Docomo — DOCOMO DEDUCTED MY BALANCE WITHOUT PERMISSION "PLZ HELP...!!"

Dear sir,
Firstly I want to thank You For your previous help like:SMS Prblm in relaince in 2010-11,
Nd About samsung product..Thank You so much for this kind of help in [protected]. Thank You.

Secondly want to tell u that in 2010 i was in jharkhand now doing engineering in chennai[protected].

So, I m using sim of jharkhand in roaming(chennai).
i was recharged....in [protected]. for GPRS & using this sim in "DONGLE" So there is no any chance of calling from micromax dongle.
I recharged at[protected] at some rs,and my bal. remain aftr activation of gprs about 61(appx) but abv 60.

But when i saw my bal. on[protected] evening , i saw that it was rs 1.01. but i want to knw that how my bal.is deducted from my a/c.
Is it possible by surfing...... i have no activate on web anything lyk that. then why my bal. is deducted.

...........

And once when i called to tatadocomo no. from [protected]. to deactivate my tamil song from callertune.
till today they have not removes tamil caller tune song.
i want only one songs. but he gave me once more song.


I m thankfull to you for your previous help... so i came again with my problm & trust you that u will help me.
I m d student how i will suffer this everytime,I cnt tolerate this one again.
Simply i want to tell to the service provider that plz....return my money back. Or plz.tell me the reason and benefit of the customer that why u deduced my bal. with asking. Okkk..........Otherwise return my bal.

so pz help me and ask about my bal. de deduction without any online registration. or like that. and when tamil song except hindi will remove from my no. [protected]. I need my money back.
