[Resolved]  Vodafone Bbm Services — BBM services charged twice

Hi,

Hello I'm Kiran Kumar V, my number is [protected] . Am a customer of vodafone from long time and I'm using BBM services from few months . I had activated 399 plan for my BBM services . Today I wanted to switch to 129 plan so I called customer care and as they told to recharge with 129 I did it.(Rchrg of MRP Rs 129.0 on 7-Aug-13 successful.Tlktime rcvd Rs 2.29,STax Rs 14.19,AccessFee Rs 112.52,New Bal Rs 228.29.TransID KK[protected].Dial *111# for a/c info.) This is my recharge details . As customer care guys told me my exiting plan will be discontinued on recharge of 129 plan I didn't deactivate my 399 plan. Now there is 2 BBM services activated on my number . I seriously don't understand why is a person who don't know anything is made a customer care personal .Now when I called customer care to report this problem they are not ready to help me. Now I have lost 199 rs . How will I get my money back . Why a customer activate two same plan at a time ?? What has happened to my 129 plan ??

vodafone services — kind at&t to orissa people

Dear orissa people the worst mobile network service i have ever seen in entire india is vodafone network in orissa,The support from customercare people is zerooooo.........dont attend any cals frm customer care numbers i[censored] do u wil loose 30rs per month or more than that also..these people are cheating the customers..my best suggestion is dont go for vodafone service in orissa...

DEAR SIR,
I AM USING VODAFONE MOBILE SERVICE SINCE LAST 5 YEARS. BUT EVERY YEAR THEY ARE ASKING TO SUBMIT NEW DOCUMENTS ALONG WITH THE PHOTOGRAPHS AND THREATENING FOR DISTURBURBING MY SERVICE. IF I MAKE A CALL ON THE CALL CENTER NO. (111) THEY ARE CHARGING FOR IT. ALL OTHER SERVICE PROVIDERS ARE NOT CHARGING ANYTHING FOR CALLING CUSTOMER CARE CENTER EG. AIRTEL, BPL, IDEA, AIRCEL ETC.
IT SEEMS THAT THEY ARE FOOLING THE CUSTOMERS.
PLEASE GIVE ME CORRECT INFORMATION ABOUT IT AS TO PROCEED FURTHER AGAINST VODAFONE.

I m user of vodafone about 2 years and for the last six month services of company are very poor and executive doesn't give setisfaction answer behaves rudely and without any information they start any services in our mobile and cut our balance they have cut so many from my phone without any permission and information and i want to change my compnay from vodafone to other but they creates problem in porbality reject my request....

I am Akash saxena, my vodaphone no outgoing is close last 2 months, many times me and my friend complaint at cusomer care number customer care centres but no one giving him positive responce,they told that after 2 days your number will start properly but after 2 days i will check but no service is not starts, so please help me in to start my number service,
