I purchased men formal shoes from Mochi offline store( karkhana, hyd)
Within two use, the leather layer peeled off.Shoe was of 5k rupees
Now quality team approved replacement.When quality itself is concern going for replacement is of no use as their quality is pathetic.
I need amount refund
