My vehicle was due for an extended warranty in Jan this year. Whilst i considered taking up the extended warranty at the time of my vehicle service, i was denied the same stating i had crossed the time period.
1) It was due to a failed promise by Modi Insurance who had to peovide me with a service voucher failed to do despite me following up with their personnel.
2) No one from Modi Hyundai bothered to bring to my notice about the unavailability of extended warranty owing to the delay from their end.
3) I eventually took my vehicle for service in March and disputed the delay and thanks to 1 responsible service person, my vouchers were considered and my request for extended warranty was taken up.
4) The crm team kept reassuring me that my issue would be resolved, this however required me to keep following up with the crm team. Multiple instances where the requested time of call was not met since everyone in Modi Hyundai are very busy and have no time to attend customer grievances.
5) After 3 months of wasting my time and reassurances that the matter would be resolved, i am told my request could not be honoured, this despite the service engineer being sent to inspect my car, telling me that the car is in good condition which also tallied the service report.
There has been no ground on which my extended warranty has been declined. My emails sent to the Incharge Sandeep Jha are ignored including the ones to the crm mailbox.
Appauling service putting me under stress about my vehicle which i considered purchasing from Modi Hyundai but now owing to their ignorant service, is a HUGE MISTAKE. Was this information helpful? |
