I am Saurabh porwal, I purchased the my xcent t-permit car on 3 November 2021 from northpoint cars pvt ltd(modi hyundai) kalyan west(Mumbai) Maharashtra,
My car registration no.is MH05EL2680, chasis no.MALA741CLMM403673 and engine no.G4LAMM023817.
sir when I purchased xcent car I faced so many problems from the car,
Firstly I face the driver side lock not working on 26/12/2021
Second problem I faced the petrol indicator not working
Now I faced the engine problem,
Service center always said that it's a common problem.your car is a warranty period I will solve the problem but sir in 3 months almost 1 month xcent car I have to keep in service centre to solve the problem.
Sir this xcent car I have purchased on loan and this is the only source of my income please tell me how I repay the loan and how I will survive to living my life.
Sir this time the engine problem is a big problem because in new car engine problem not coming.
When I drive the car the engine is very heat and car not running proper.
It's a risk of my life as well as a passenger life.if any uncertainty happened HYUNDAI is responsible for this.
Sir I told to service manager that this car a manufacturing fault but he didn't accept.
Sir I trust the hyundai company, it's my humble request to you please solve this problem.
Please return this car and arrange to hyundai xcent new car for me .
Sir this is my request letter to hyundai company either I have to take legal actions because I suffer.
I attached all the documents and recording to this mail.
