This is to inform you that I have been a loyal customer to Modi Hyundai for over 3.5 years now, however, this time instead of Goregaon branch I gave my car for servicing to Modi Hyundai, Marol Road. The only reason why I brought my car to you was the distance, since my office is on the same road. It is very sad to say that the Service was very bad, I am extremely disappointed. Please take the following feedback as a training guide:
1. The initial call and follow up call for booking an appointment by Ms. Sucheta was excellent
2. Apart from the regular service I had specifically asked for the following things to be repaired:,
a. Brakes- Done
b. Steering Wheel (which was making rattling sound) – (Not fixed)
c. I had asked to fix the screw that had come out and fallen inside the car (not fixed)
d. Car from inside was in dirtier state than when it was given for servicing (Thick layer of dust, I guess you left all the windows rolled down for two days)
e. In the “Customer advised document” it was mentioned, Clutch hard- Customer advised, but the Engineer verbally never mentioned during the after service call
f. Newspapers were seen kept on the floor mat, at Goregaon Service Centre white paper with a blue Hyundai Logo were put on the floor
g. After reaching home saw my hands covered in black oil/grease which I got from the Steering wheel
Overall it was not a good experience, although I appreciate the car pickup and drop facility. It didn’t feel like the car was serviced at all. Was this information helpful? |
