[Resolved] Mondelez India Foods / Cadbury India — Cadbury dairy milk chocolate | |||
I purchased 2 Cadbury Dairymilk(Rs25 each) from Karol Bagh, Delhi on 20-Feb-2016. When I opened one packet, I noticed the surface of the chocolate was very grainy with faded color. The chocolate itself was distorted and broken into pieces. See attached images. Details: Date: 20-Feb-2016 location: Karol Bagh Delhi Product: Cadbury Dairy milk Chocolate ( x 2) Batch/Code: K50728 Packaging date: 07/15 A2 MRP: Rs.25/- (x2) Out of the 2 chocolates purchased, I still have the other unopened piece with me. I called the customer care the next instance, and got a complaint registered. The complaint number is 1276240. Even after almost 1 and half month, there is no response from Cadbury(or Mondelez India Foods). Was this information helpful? | |||
