Mondelez India Foods / Cadbury India — Complaint for product quality and taste

I had purchased a box of cadbury daily milk chocolate worth rupees 1080 from my nearby shop on 20/12/21 for my niece birthday. But I found all chocolate in the box spoiled and looks like some bacteria present in the chocolate.
Please resolve my problem.
