Mondelez India Foods / Cadbury India — Defective chocolate

Hello Cadbury,

I am writing this email about the pack of chocolate box that I bought from India and shipped to Australia as a personal courier package. The package is dated to be packed at 06/11/20 23:54 with its code: A01106.

My mother bought this whole box from a local shop in our area in Vadodara, Gujarat and couriered it to me which I received in less than 5 days. When I opened the chocolate, it had little white frosting which I sort of knew that the chocolate was close to its end and was all turning to the powder form.

I don't have any suggestion about it but as a fan of cadbury who ordered those chocolates and made it courier to an entire different continent seemed pretty waste of money to me as it didn't taste the same and paid more just to throw them in the bin.

I am not satisfied by the product quality at all and retaining the package as it is, I have attached the images of the box in this mail. Request you to so the needful on this matter as soon as possible.

Chocolate is a food product that requires special care while transporting and storing it. We note that the chocolate was couriered from India to another continent through regular courier. We are unable to comment on the precautions taken by the courier while transporting the chocolate. Please do check if the courier used chill pads and followed the cold chain during transportation.
