am in possession of a packet of your product, cadbury nutties which is not palatable due to the product being spoilt, it is fall from the quality standards as we have been consuming from the past many years.With the sudden shoot up of your prizes from 25 to 45 the product has become less tasteful .The packet of which i am in posession, is of the code Y60112A bearing the packaging date 01/16, we have six such packets of the same specificied batch .Please be kind enough as to send the required instruction where the same can be sent to and refund be given for the same.
