At the present time I feel extremely angry of how I have been treated by your company Mondelez
Complaint Ref number s[protected]
I had a Wispa Gold bar with a finger nail in the chocolate which ended up in my mouth.
I do intend to take this complaint much further and I will not drop this case .
Your company as done nothing to support my complaint at all other than send me a standard letter saying there as been no more complaints! I have tried to make it clear that I would not expect there to be more finger nails floating around and I am sure it is an isolated incident however a liar I am not not.
I am absolutely disgusted at how I have been treated from not speaking to anyone to being told that they lost my product until I complained again then it was suddenly found and then to receive another standard letter the same as the first one.
I am now intending to approach the press and watchdog to highlight my case to others.
Due to my intentions I want to go down the route that I must follow to have the correct procedure so that I know I have done everything correct and in my power to resolve this before I let the public know how I have been treated.
Please reply to me if there is a avenue that I need to persue first .
