My name is rakesh kumar saini, since last 13 years i am running my general store " Balaji General Store. since that time i am selling your brand products. In beginning i used to sell your products like cadbury etc from my personal fridge. By the grace of god's my business developed then i took your company fridge but since last three years its creating problem that is why i am not able to sell your company products properly hence i requested our area sells man Mr. Deepak but his behavior was very rude. You will wonder if i will tell his words to you he said " i dont care if your fridge is not working and we do not need shopkeepers we can sell our products from the store directly. whoever need our products he can come there directly we dont need any shop keeper. His behavior was very pathetic. Why i am writing this to you is so that any one could take matter seriously. Dear team i am requesting you please change my fridge as soon as possible so that i can again start selling your brand produtcs without any inconvenience. I hope my problem will be solved soon. with the hope that these type of sells man will not handle the shopkeers with this type of behaviour. Awaiting your reply. Rakesh Kumar Saini
