[Resolved] Mondelez India Foods / Cadbury India — Metal piece found in 5star | |||
Date : 16th Aug, 21 Location : Pune We purchased a bunch of 5star chocolates last week. Yesterday while eating one of the chocolate, there was a sharp metal piece inside the chocolate. My mom was able to luckily detect it and she quickly spat it out. Had the kids in the family been eating this, this would have turned out to be a disaster. The metal piece was sharp and could have easily caused internal bleeding. I am attaching pictures for your reference. I tried reaching the official 5star pages on FB and Insta as well as sent an email to the official email address. I don't the customer support team paying any heed to this. If this an issue with a batch of chocolates, then I am worried about others who would be consuming the chocolates. Was this information helpful? | |||
