Mondelez India Foods / Cadbury India — MPR difference on Inner packs

I am one of the whole seller in Vijayawada. Recently I have purchased some cases of Rs.45 Cadbury F&N for reselling. When I opened the Rs.45 Cadbury F&N Cases I found MRP 45 on Inner boxes but, MRP 40 on products and I found 2 Inner Boxes in every case like this.I'm getting number of calls from my all sub wholesale customers which who purchased from me. I'm losing my Shop reputation Due to this issue. I'm attaching some photos for reference.
