[Resolved] Mondelez India Foods / Cadbury India — Order not delivered | |
I had ordered a rakshabandhan gift hamper with order number:610159 on 5th of august and estimated delivery date was 12th august. Its 19th now and the product is not yet delivered and their has been no update regarding status of the order. I have written numerous email but have received no reply. Have tried to contact customer care but the number given on the website doesnt work. It all feels like an elaborate scam. Was this information helpful? | |

We have therefore cancelled your order and arranged for a full refund. Please note it will take 6-8 days for the amount to reflect in your statement. Also we have checked our mail box and confirm that we have not received any mail from you. Our toll free No [protected] is working fine and we are receiving calls on this number. Please do let us know where have you registered your dis-satisfaction.

I had filled the complaint form on your website twice. Called the number on your website:[protected]. Thanks to you guys i will not be able to send diwali gift to my sister on time.
