I have been attached with your brand since my child hood. but within the 1 year of time I am experiencing it for the second time, Explain me about of why should I be attached to your brand since I am facing these kind of problem? There are so many competitors in the Indian Market along with the new one Schmitten chocolates Should I switch to Schmitten chocolates forever from Cadburry or suggest my friend-circle to not to have cadburry? You being an International brand of the chocolates is not so serious about the quality of your product, then who would be responsible?
