Motorola Solutions — complaint against service centre

I have moto g turbo handset and i took it for repair at motorola service centre, is floor shop no. 572 opp hdfc bank, kathmandi road, hisar, haryana. Initially i gave my charging adapter for repairing and i was waiting at service centre itself. After a while they told me that there was no issue in my charging adapter and then they asked me for my handset for checking then they told me there is problem in my handset not in the charger and handover the job sheet to me. I told the lady who was attending me that i think there's problem in my data cable and i asked her to return back my charger but then she said that sir you bring the data cable and we will check it. So i came back home with jobsheet and i realized that i left my charger there. I called the service centre and they told me that you can come right now and take your charger. So i came back to service centre. I asked the same lady for the adapter. The moment i asked for the adapter she said sir i have handed back it to you. I even requested the lady please at least check it in the service room but she simply refused. Then i asked the head manager for the cctv footage.. Firstly he gave me lame excuse that we don't have it then he asked me to come on next day at 2:30 pm i went to the service centre next day too and that day they misbehaved with me. Started shouting at me and asked me to come back again to see the cctv footage tomorrowi have been mentally harassed by them. The service centre employees don't even know how to talk to a customer. They misbehaved with the customer and now my phone is not working well charging issue is resolved but new problem has arised as my sim slot 2 is not working. I would like to draw your attention towards the misbehavior by the motorola service at hisar centre.
