Motorola Solutions — Ip address problem while booking erail ticket online | |||
Dear sir, I am unable to book tatkal rail ticket via irctc website to my handset mobile model moto g turbo edition due to showing some error. the error is displaying on my mobile screen is "you are permitted only 2 tatkal tickets between 10:00 am to 12:00 pm per ip address". however it show like already booked without any booking transaction. I have raised this problem to irctc customer care & they told me this problem is regarding your service provider multiple users on one ip & this problem is not related to irctc.
